Sabine Melnicki ist Digitalisierungsberaterin und Website-Coach. Ihr Fokus liegt auf Wissenstransfer, Lernen in der Organisation und digitaler Autonomie – immer an der Schwelle zwischen Kommunikation und IT.

Peter Putzer
Peter holds a degree in applied computer science (Dipl.-Ing./Angewandte Informatik) and has been working in the field since 2006.
He’s been a WordPress user since 2012 and a plugin developer since 2013 (Avatar Privacy, Media Credit, wp-Typography). In his spare time, Peter is also a passionate amateur cook and an occasional food blogger.
Estela Rueda
I am a freelance UI/UX designer designing WordPress sites for the past 10 years. A WordCamp volunteer and organizer for Europe, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Nijmegen, and The Netherlands. I volunteer 10 hours per week to the WordPress project, in the design and documentation teams, being my main focus on the new design and classification for HelpHub/documentation. Heather Burns
As a tech policy and regulation specialist, I educate the profession on the policy issues which impact our work, inspire communities to participate constructively in the regulatory sphere, and represent digital professionals in the governance processes which shape the web. I currently work with clients across tech policy, digital rights, privacy, and the games sector.
A 20-time WordCamp and local meetup speaker across the UK and Europe, I am a component maintainer for the core-privacy team and a co-founder of the cross-CMS privacy coalition with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and Umbraco. In 2019 I was named a Mozilla Open Leader in support of the latter initiative. I’m the author of a forthcoming book on privacy for developers being published by Smashing Magazine.
I’ve been a member of the WordPress community since 2009, designing web sites since 1996, and smacking keyboards since cassette drives.
Florian Schauer-Bieche
The best story is the one in which people believe. Sounds easy, but it definitely isn’t. That’s why you need Storyteller and Campaigner. Here I am – my name is Florian Schauer-Bieche. I’m The Content Coach (like the same named book “Der Content-Coach”), Storyteller, Campaigner and Writer. What do I do? Frankly spoken: Making up ideas and strategies to create, tell and sell stories. I’m the one you hire if you need a story and a plan to distribute and sell it. I’m the one who gets your content the attention it needs and deserves. Still not convinced? Think of mad men (the show!). Yup. That’s me, but only more digital and without all the whiskey-soaked blabla.
When I was a kid I wanted to become a rockstar. Today? I’m content coach and consultant. Instead of being pelted with panties I’m battered with questions like “How do I get more attention for my brand?” or “Can you develop the best story for our next big ad?”. Dorcas Réamonn
Dorcas is a lecturer of ‘Digital Marketing’, ‘Digital Technology and Design’ and ‘Technology and Design for Digital Marketing’ in The Smurfit School, University College Dublin. She is an author of ‘WordPress Masterbook 2019: Make a Website From Scratch – For Total Beginners’. She has been training, mentoring and consulting with Talentpool since 2011, and founded Zonua in 2010. She regularly works with the UCD Innovation Academy and specialises in teaching Innovation and Creativity for entrepreneurial mindsets. Craig West
Craig is an a freelance trainer and architect that focuses on bringing together the WP and non-WP worlds by advocating WP-HTML, ‘where there is HTML, there is WP’.
He is based in Brighton and attends the local WordUp meetings. With a previous career in business and accounting, as well as having run his own non-IT business, Craig can speak both technical and business. He believes that technology serves the user, not the other way around, so the user experience is paramount.
He has started to speak at WP events and is interested in Web Components, Progressive Web Apps, Google AMP and of course WP-HTML.
Hannah Zach
Hannah Zach ist Kommunikationsberaterin mit Fokus auf Communities und Stakeholderstrategien. Nach ihrem Studium Kommunikationsmanagement in Wien und Spanien verantwortete sie unter anderem die Communities der Rechercheplattform Dossier und der Initiativgruppe Alpbach Wien.
Gemeinsam mit Sophie Rendl gründete sie die Frauendomäne, die erste alle Fachbereiche übergreifende und frei zugängliche Datenbank für Expert*innen Österreichs.

I began using WordPress for a personal blog, and soon I found myself using it for almost every project I put my hands on.
My main contribution to the community since 2007 is my work on Duplicate Post, a plugin to copy posts and pages with a click.
Thomas Kräftner
Thomas Kräftner is an interactive developer with a degree in Information Design. While having a clear focus on web development, he always keeps his mind open and has a good understanding of a lot of surrounding fields. With 10 years of professional experience as a freelancer his topmost goal is to present his clients content in exciting, effective and aesthetically appealing ways.
Apart from online presences he is also interested in concise information-visualizations and interesting generative design. He is an active member of the WordPress Development Community on Stackexchange and has been co-organizing the WPVienna Meetup from 2014 to 2019 as well as WordCamp Vienna 2015, 2018 and 2019.
Christie Witt
Christie Witt is the Creative Specialist at Eclipse Foundation. Christie develops the marketing and print materials produced. This includes the production of event signage, tradeshow collateral, presentation templates, e-books, whitepapers, promotional videos, and custom photography.
Christie has over ten years of experience with cross-platform digital design and print design for public and private sectors, as well as non-profit associations. She’s worked on a wide range of projects, including corporate re-brands and web integrations to content management systems.
In her spare time, Christie is a passionate WordPress instructor to Ottawa residents through her start-up – WP Progression. She’s been a member of the WordCamp Ottawa organizing team since 2017, and her passion for WordPress has driven her to speak at WordCamp Toronto, WordCamp Ottawa and the WordPress Ottawa Meetup.
Stefan Fried

David Stöckl
David ist seit über zehn Jahren als studierter Web-Programmierer, Freelancer und Software-Entwickler im Bereich Wien und Umgebung tätig. In dieser Zeit wurden hunderte WordPress-Projekte für Kunden aus fast allen Branchen erfolgreich umgesetzt.
David hat sich vor allem auf PHP Backend-Entwicklung sowie saubere Frontends mit HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery (und mehr) spezialisiert. Seiner Meinung nach sind die wichtigsten Kriterien für die Umsetzung von WordPress Projekten sauberer und erweiterbarer Code, Effizienz, Nachhaltigkeit, sowie Reduktion auf Features und Komponenten die wirklich notwendig sind.
Das Ziel sollte stets sein die Arbeitsprozesse der Kunden zu vereinfachen und zu erleichtern und diese optimal im Web zu präsentieren.

Tamara Zimmermann ist SEO Consultant bei Otago Online Consulting. Sie bringt 10 Jahre Erfahrung im On- und Offline Marketing in diversen Branchen mit.
Die Spezialisierung auf Online Marketing brachte sie einerseits zum Masterstudium im Bereich der Online Kommunikation und andererseits zu Otago.
Christian Kaiser
Mastermind von gotoNET netservices und gleichzeitig Geschäftsführer von KONTEXT kommunikation ist Christian Kaiser, der sich bereits seit Anfang der 1990er mit dem Thema Online-Kommunikation beschäftigt. Christian ist im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeit bei gotoNET u.a. auch für verschiedene Dienstleistungs-Unternehmen der Werbe- und Softwarebranche tätig sowie als Trainer im Bereich Grafikdesign und Typografie. Sein Studium an der Donau-Universität-Krems schloss er mit der Masterthesis „Multichannel Marketing und seine Kosten – Multichannel Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Online im Einsatz bei einem österreichischen Fachverlag“ ab.
Abseits von Werbung & Online hat er mit Churchills „No Sports“ vor noch nicht allzu langer Zeit gebrochen: Laufen und seit kurzem auch das Rennradfahren lassen ihn das Tracking – statt Analytics aber mit Garmin & Strava – auch in seiner Freizeit fortsetzen 😉
Martin Sternsberger
Martin Sternsberger is one of the WP-Stars (wp-stars.com), an internet agency fully dedicated to WordPress. Martin is „online” since 1984. In 1996, he founded one of the first internet agencies in Austria, consulting clients like Mercedes-Benz, Eckes-Granini, Suzuki, Gabor Shoes, Prefa, etc. and successfully sold that company in 2010. Prior to that he was head of software development (card access) at SkiData, an Austrian-based, international high-tech company.
Martin holds an International Executive MBA and is a trained coach and instructor. He is an Austrian citizen, lives in Vienna, and speaks German and English.
Georg Knabl
Ich bin selbstständiger Softwareentwickler und IT-Consultant aus dem Großraum Graz in Österreich. Meine Fokusgebiete sind Web, IT-Security und Machine Learning mit über 18 Jahren professioneller, einschlägiger Erfahrung. Ich spreche auf Konferenzen und unterrichte an Universitäten. Und ich bin WordPress-Experte.
Beruflich war ich bei nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen beheimatet. So habe ich beispielsweise bei Lufthansa in New York Datenbankapplikationen entwickelt, um Arbeitsprozesse zu vereinfachen, war als technischer SEO-Consultant tätig, habe als diplomierter Erwachsenentrainer Social Media für Unternehmen am WIFI unterrichtet und bei En Garde in Graz die technische Softwareentwicklungsabteilung von Grund auf aufgebaut und über 6 Jahre als Technical Director geleitet.
Mittlerweile bin ich seit 8 Jahren selbstständig. Im Zuge dieser langjährigen Erfahrung habe ich mittlerweile eine dreistellige Zahl an Webprojekten aller Größenordnungen, bei denen ich in der Konzeption oder Entwicklung tätig war, federführend umgesetzt.
Nebenbei bilde ich angehende Softwareentwickler am Studiengang Software-Design an der FH JOANNEUM in Kapfenberg als externer Lehrender aus.
